We service Southwestern Ontario, Northern Ontario (if available), and destination weddings by request.

All our weddings are customized and personalized, and the officiant you meet is the officiant who will perform your ceremony. However, life can throw unexpected curve-balls, so we have each other's backs, working as a team to make sure your ceremony is everything you dreamed, and more.

Please see our Wedding Ceremonies page for a full description of services. ​Depending on the type of ceremony, the location, the specific details of your day, and how you would like us to be involved, our fees vary. ​

Once we have had a chance to discuss your plans, you'll receive a customized contract to review. There are no hidden fees. Once a client, you will be linked to your own online platform where you can track upcoming payments.

Customized Ceremonies

2025- 2026 base fee is $550.00, which includes a pre-wedding consultation meeting(s), a draft review of your customized ceremony, and the conduct of your ceremony.

• A one-hour wedding rehearsal is an additional cost of $100
• ​Please note: A wedding rehearsal takes more time than the wedding ceremony itself.
• A travel charge will be applied to locations 50km away from officiant's place of residence.
  
• We have worked with many different & diverse families, and consider it an honour to officiate any service. We are known for our officiant work in the LGBTQ2+ community, and for working with blended families to find unique and meaningful ways to symbolize the joining of family bonds. We work hard to be inclusive providers and will develop an accommodation plan, if needed, on a client-by-client basis.

While wedding fees vary widely in our region, our cost reflects years of experience, our skills, and quite frankly, we are remarkable at what we do.

Local Elopements

We can accommodate elopements by assisting with legal documentation, and still bringing our professional, warm, and personal touch to the shortest and simplest of ceremonies.

Fee: $350.00

Payment details

​A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve services. Flexible payment plans can be arranged on a case by case basis, so don't be shy.

We accept eTransfer, Paypal, or cash.

Balance is due 14 days prior to your ceremony unless arrangements are made.

Each couple will receive a customized contract for thorough review prior to making any payments toward their officiant services.
